ERROR : Login Failed. You have already logged in into ERA. Please Contact your Learner Facilitator.

SOLUTIONS : After update 2.5 it is mandatory for every learner to log out their ERA session, in case if learner failed to do so then you can follow below steps.

1. Do your LF login
2. Select "Login Status Report" from "Companion Section"
3. Then Search learner using learner code or by name / You can also select program and course by using given drop down lists.
4. After getting the list of learners you need to click on logout option.
5. Now learner will be able to do ERA login
