Error Message while starting course in Learner Login


Solution: Follow the below steps to resolve the issue.
  1. Do your LF login.
  2. Select “Download Course” from “Data Management” section.
  3. Then select the course that you want to download and click on “Download“.
After downloading the course, your issue will get resolved
